What I am going to hit on this is the part of what non-runners that do not run that often see as running and what they experience when they run. To show and relate what other people feel when non-running people feel when they do the thing that is dreaded the most. For this part I will show the data from my MA#2 and show how many people did not like running and why they didn’t run and why they didn’t see the need in it. I will show the data from other sites on why people do not run and why for some people running may not be the best cardio for some people.
For my second part pf my genre I will be hitting on why runners run show the data side and why I run with it. This will show sides or why runners do it for health benefits for certain people because there are many other types of cardio that can get you in shape. But I will show why the specific running health benefits of running helped my life and why they help many other peoples lives in the process.
